Ashanti Sherred is a cinematographer from Long Beach, New York where her passion for filmmaking began. Seeing every project as a human experience, Ashanti strives to capture the truth and emotion in these experiences and display representations of life. Based in New York, Ashanti has recently graduated from New York University with her BFA in Film and Tv Production. Ashanti is eager and open to collaboration, freelance and commercial work and is interested in exploring and displaying BIPOC and queer narratives within various genres.
